Using the WellnessPurely website, creating an account or receiving notes from it means accepting the terms set out on this page. These terms apply alongside the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is handled.

If any part of these terms is unacceptable, the correct step is to stop using the site and to close any account created through it.

Eligibility

Accounts are for adults living in the United States. Creating one requires confirmation of being at least eighteen years old and of the details submitted being truthful and belonging to the person submitting them.

An account created with details that belong to somebody else, or with information known to be false, may be closed without notice.

Nature Of The Material

Everything published here is general reading about everyday habits across six wellness areas. It is educational in nature and is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a clinical opinion of any kind.

No clinical relationship is formed by reading these pages, creating an account or sending a message. Decisions about health remain between a person and their own doctor.

Arbitration Agreement

Disputes connected with this site or with these terms are to be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, and rather than as part of a class or representative proceeding.

This agreement was acknowledged during signup. It does not prevent either side from bringing a qualifying matter in small claims court.

Ending Access

An account can be closed at any time by the person who holds it, using the contact details below. Access may also be withdrawn where these terms are broken or where activity puts the site or its readers at risk.

Sections covering intellectual property, liability and arbitration continue to apply after access ends.

Severability And Entire Agreement

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, that part is narrowed or removed only as far as required, and everything else stays in force exactly as written.

Together with the Privacy Policy, this page forms the whole agreement covering use of this site, and it replaces every earlier version of these terms.

Changes To These Terms
